These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, software, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by AllBreed Solutions. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Glossary

In these Terms, “we,” “us,” “our,” and “AllBreed Solutions” refer to AllBreed Solutions and its affiliates. “You,” “your,” and “user” refer to any person who accesses or uses the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. We may amend these Terms at any time, and changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Service-specific rules and policies may also apply and are incorporated by reference.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and retain your information. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

4. Our Service

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you or any third party.

5. Registration

Certain features require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. Minors must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. You may not impersonate any person or entity; impersonation may result in immediate termination of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, for changing it periodically, and for promptly notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised.

6. Rules of Conduct

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or transmit through the Service. You agree not to:

  • post profane, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material;
  • harvest or collect information about other users;
  • berate, slander, defame, abuse, harass, stalk, or threaten any other person;
  • upload viruses or other malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the Service;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Violations may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

7. User Content License

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including records, photos, and documents. By submitting content, you grant AllBreed Solutions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service. This license terminates when you delete the content or close your account, subject to reasonable backup retention periods.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or rely on third-party products, services, and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party offerings or your interactions with them. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

9. AI and Automated Features

Some features of the Service use artificial intelligence or automated processing, which may involve sending your content or queries to third-party providers. Where such features are offered:

  • output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or otherwise erroneous, and is provided for convenience only;
  • confidence scores or similar indicators are advisory and are not guarantees of accuracy;
  • you are responsible for verifying results and must not rely on them as professional, legal, veterinary, or official advice;
  • you must own, or have permission to use, any documents or data you submit;
  • usage limits may apply and may vary by plan or be set at our discretion;
  • these features may be in beta and are subject to modification or discontinuation without notice, and are provided “AS IS.”

10. Account Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at admin@allbreed.solutions. Upon termination, your content will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and backup retention timelines. Some data may persist where required by law or for legitimate operational purposes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AllBreed Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AllBreed Solutions and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your conduct, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and AllBreed Solutions regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
